Does it work? I am not sure...
I am not convinced this stuff really works. It is supposed to help manage pain, it does not. It is supposed to help lower my blood sugar, as a diabetic, I am not sure it does that either. Unless something changes, I'll probably stop buying this product, because I am not convinced that it actually does ANYTHING for me. It might work for you (as we are all different), but for me, I just don't see the benefits. :-(

I've read so many positive articles about this supplement so I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately it is not for me. Had adverse effects from taking just one pill a day.

Wonderful immune booster

Good product
We have been buying alpha-lipoic acid for years, different brands, but we like this brand because of the cost, for the number of capsules received. Plus the milligrams.

Alpha Lipoic Acid
I like this particular item because the dosage only requires a once a day pill rather than more than one. I will always take Alpha Lipoic Acid but I particularly like that this brand has a 600mg dosage.

Great Product
I have been really pleased with this product. It is in the right dosage for me and makes it convenient to take. Also, I like that it is V-cap and that it is very reasonable in cost. I've been very impressed with Swanson's international shipping. A package had to be returned and there were no problems in getting back a refund.
