    Thicker, warmer cloth.

    These straight leg Starfish jersey trousers are perfect for the cooler temperatures we are now experiencing. The variety of colours is practical but limited at the moment. Could we have a few more to keep me going through the winter months please?

    Need plus petite

    I used to buy many pairs of your knit pants, especially these, in plus petite. They were perfect. With regular length plus size, I trip all over. Please bring back plus size petite in all your pants and jeans!!

    No pocket, Waist too Tight

    I was disappointed to find the lack of the little card pocket that once came with the straight leg pants. I have lost weight and needed a smaller size however, I found the waist on these pants in a size small to be so tight that it was unwearable. They were returned. For reference I am 5'9" and weigh 128 lbs and I generally wear a size 8

    No pockets of any kind?

    I've been wearing Lands End leggings for over 20 years but when you got rid of the pockets, I switched brands. I'm disappointed because these leggings last for years and are so comfortable! But no pockets at all? Not even a small one for a key or a credit card? Better yet - a slim pocket for a phone? Even yoga leggings have slim pockets! I hope you decide to add the pockets in future designs. I would buy 10 more pairs - if they had pockets.

    Smart yet comfy leisure trousers

    Comfy, smart, non-bulky leisure trousers which feel secure despite the lack of a tie or sewn-in elastic. A bit wider than 'straight', but not too flappy. Good quality material. More of a navy than the mid-blue depicted, but I was hoping they would be!

    Best pants

    Can't say enough good things about the Starfish brand pants and shorts. I started buying about 3 years ago. First in shorts - the longer knee length and love them. Then they came out with the longer length. I have several pairs in different colors in both the straight leg and wide leg. They are great for everyday wear with sneakers & a Tee and when adding a nice top and shoes for going out to a nice restaurant. They are really nice for travel. Hold up well under packing.

    Love these pants!! Very comfortable!

    Bought one pair, then bought 2 more. They are so comfortable!! The waist band is flat so no puffing. The material is a wonderful weght, doesn't pucker after washing, and has a smooth finish so no clinging. They washed beautifully and do not wrinkle after wearing all day. They are great for office wear if/when you don't need more formal attire. I am short but like a regular length. Highly recommend!!

    Comfortable, useful, flattering

    I love these trousers, very comfortable, good substantial jersey so don't show any bumps, flattering cut and nice useful colour, could be used for casual or more formal situations with a nice top, great price - wish Lands End did these in a wider range of colours as I would definitely buy more!

    Leg not straight

    I use to buy these pants all the time and loved them. They had a true straight leg at 8” wide. These pants say they are straight leg but they measure 10” wide. I wouldn’t mind seeing the original starfish pants from a few years ago come back because they were perfect.

    Awful waistband

    The waist band is stiff like cardboard and gapes out all the way around, but especially the back- it looks comical. I'm an hourglass figure and I couldn't believe more people haven't encountered this issue.

    Excellent product, not the right length.

    As always, good quality and a good fit. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the leg length I ordered - a size which has always been perfect before. I had to pay someone to take them up by 2 inches.

    I purchased these pants within the past two weeks and they were not sized according to reviews. They are huge. No paper work to return them , so I guess I’m stuck with pants that are no good to me. Believe me… this is definitely not the Lands End company of the past. Run don’t walk away from this company.
