Wrinkles

Rug is beautiful but arrived with serious deep wrinkles over the entire thing. We have rolled it the opposite way, applied moisture and heat, laid heavy books on it and you can still see wrinkles. Manufacturer needs to figure out how to store a rug like this better. I’ve had it a month and it’s still not perfectly flat. I would not recommend.
