Great for Squats
I\'ve never stopped lifting, but I quit doing squats a few years ago. This allowed me to safely get started again by doing sissy squats. The \'machine\' provides stability. It allows you to safely go ALL the way down and engage every muscle group without losing balance. You can then move to goblet squats by grabbing a dumbbell or kettlebell. It\'s not meant of barbell squats unless you can safely lift the bar and weights up and onto your shoulders and set them down. Not a good idea. But it\'s great for sissy and goblet squats and the price was more than fair. Lastly, it\'s easy to move as it has wheels. You can lower the seat and slide it under something, but it\'s hard to stand up against a wall as the wheels will roll. You need \"chalks\" of some kind to keep in place. All in all a 5-star piece of kit.

Targets quads excellent, eliminates hams
If your looking for the workout of a traditional squat without having heavy weights and lower back pain this is the equipment for you. Blast the quads super well eliminates the hamstrings from getting engaged.

Great addition for home gym
This deep squat machine is nice addition to my home gym after the pandemic started last year. It came on time and perfect condition. I been use it over 3 months now, 8 in 1 machine, many options squats, abs, glutes, hamstrings, push up, sit up etc. it fit for the whole family to use this machine. It's heavy duty and well build. It had non- slip pads for safety to use. Whenever me and my husband not use it, we will put it away easy storage. Very pleased, especially for this great price .

It's uncomfortable on the buttox part. The cushion hurts for me as a more fuller figured woman. The foot holder isn't the best, but not the absolute worst. Just be mindful if you're bigger

This is so helpful ! I can never get a chair to be the perfect height for hip thrusts and this was perfect ! I also use it for in place lunges and sit ups .It did arrive a little damaged at the corners , not sure if that was the shipping or it was used before me but i still love it

The product was received adequately packaged. It is a solid piece of equipment and extremely easy to assemble. It isn't overly heavy or awkward and it will slide under a bed. There are hooks for resistance bands as well. I am overall pleased.
