Description

The Philips Norelco Multigroom 5000 is the all-in-one trimmer for maximum precision with 2x more blades. Craft your own personal look with this versatile trimmer, which includes 18 quality tools for styling your face, hair, head and body. DualCut technology, which includes 2x more blades. The steel blades lightly brush against one another – sharpening themselves as they work. This results in blades that are sharp as day 1 after 3 years of use. The no-slip rubber grip improves comfort and control. Lithium battery delivers 3 hours of cordless run time, or use while plugged in for continuous use. To deliver maximum torque and power, the trimmer includes a full-metal motor and a drive train that's been reinforced with tempered steel. Our unique cutting guards are reinforced with ultra-strong fiberglass material to prevent bending and buckling, ensuring an even trim every time. Standard blade is 32mm wide and includes an additional 41 mm extra wide T blade. Philips Norelco products have adaptors with automatic voltage selection with 100 to 240 volts printed on the adaptor to select. For international travel, you may need to use another adaptor or plug, depending on the countries power system and outlets.     Inoperable out of the box/no wall adapter. AWFUL

    Shame on Philips. This is my 5th time purchasing one of these kits in the past 5 years. They don't last, despite proper upkeep/maintenance. NONE of the versions have had a USB connection until now, and it does NOT come with the REQUIRED adapter to charge the device. They claim it is to "save waste" but it is just a profit pressing measure, because they even try to redirect you to separately purchase a wall adapter from them anyway. This is useless out of the box. Using the wrong USB power source can damage your device and void your warranty. This is unacceptable. AWFUL corporate greed. Include all required parts to operate the device.

    Great Performance and Battery Life

    Why did I choose this rating? I have given this product a 4 out of 5 rating because I am genuinely very satisfied with its performance and features. However, I believe no product is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. Keeping that in mind, I prefer not to give a full 5 so that there is always scope for the brand to improve further. What I like about this product: One of the best things about this trimmer is its premium build quality and overall performance. It truly feels like a high-end grooming device. The battery life is excellent, I’ve been using it once every two days for about a month, and only then does it need charging, which is very impressive. Another feature I really like is the quick charge facility, which is extremely helpful during urgent situations when you don’t have much time. What I don’t like / Suggestions: The product is very good overall, but there are a couple of improvements I would suggest. Firstly, it would be better if it supported a Type-C charging port for more convenience and modern usability. Secondly, I feel the product could include a maintenance or self-cleaning mode, or at least provide a more guided way to maintain and clean the device. This would make the overall user experience even better and more hassle-free. Who do I recommend this product to? I would recommend this trimmer to: • People who want an all-in-one grooming solution (beard, hair, body) • Those who prefer premium quality and long-lasting performance • Frequent travelers who need a reliable device with strong battery life • Anyone looking to upgrade from a basic trimmer to a more advanced grooming kit Overall, it’s a great product that delivers on most expectations and is definitely worth considering.

    I’m disappointed with the performance of this trimmer. The cutting precision is very uneven. Even when I set the length to 7, it trims inconsistently across my face. In some areas it cuts the hair almost down to a 1–2 length, while in other spots it barely trims at all. This makes it difficult to get an even beard and forces me to go over the same areas multiple times. Overall, the guard length doesn’t seem reliable, which defeats the purpose of having adjustable settings.

    Perfect razor

The battery charges quickly and lasts a long time, which makes it very convenient. Changing the razor heads is straightforward once you under stand how they detach. The included travel bag is also very useful for keeping everything organised. I have used the razor to trim the back and sides of my hair, and the results were excellent.

    Good clipper but you can get cut with it if you use only the blade... the grooming attachment is ok but sometimes hard to deal with as it takes a long time and leaves hairs behind... takes time and patience but shaves close and leaves a soft skin..

    Great all-in-one grooming tool.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with this Philips MG5941 so far as been very positive! It feels very solid and is easy to control using a 'pen holder' grip. The guards are simple to swap over and there appears to be one for every type of trimming you could need. I've mainly used the stubble trimmer which has an easy to adjust choice of 5 lengths in half mm increments (1mm - 3mm), The adjustable (3mm - 7mm) short hair trimmer allows me to blend in my stubble to my hairline. The attachment for nasal and ear hair does a particularly good job!. Different coloured guards are provided for 'body' and for 'intimate' use. I've used it several time on a single charge so it looks like the battery life is good too. Overall impressions are very good and I'd recommend this product for personal use.

    Multiple features and so easy to use!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a rather hairy man, it's always been a chore to shave my body as it takes quite a long time to do, however with this multi tool trimmer I can now be looking neat and tidy in minutes. No more shaving foam/gel and a wet shave, instead I just attach whichever tool I need and get straight to work. There are 3 different length combs for your head, if you fancy doing that yourself, 2 for the body (1 of which is for your intimate area), 2 adjustable precision combs, a nose and ear trimmer and a detail trimmer. I've never found it easier to maintain my hair and my wife is a big fan now that I am doing it more often. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to maintain a neat look but has always found a reason not to bother as it's too much effort.

And all the attachments work as the should to high good standard and definitley useful and so many, they all come in handy. So no faults really, does what it says on the tin. Highly reccomend!!

The build quality feels premium and sturdy in hand, and the stainless steel blades stay sharp without pulling or snagging. The range of attachments is excellent and I can easily trim my beard, tidy up edges, groom body hair, and even handle nose and ear hair with one device.
