It’s supposed to be made for big and tall people, it’s not. I’m 6’ 2” and 195 lbs and this chair is made for anyone under 5’ 10”. Material quality is nice.

The chair is fine, but there is no lock for the reclining position so it goes very far back. We tried to return or exchange and we’re going to be charged a restocking fee.

I have been through so many recliners . .. they break because of all the mechanism in them and nuts and bolts and whatnot. I had a lazyboy once and after just a few months the bolts holding the back sheered off . . . Very depressing. I can't tell you how long this chair will last. HOWEVER, It is the most comfortable recliner for my body shape that I have ever had. The seat is a tiny bit tall to get seated into, but once I am . . . I never want to leave. It's the right softness and cushiness without the uncomfortable extra bump at the top where my head rests. Perfect! The ease and smoothness to the reclining action is just right too. The soft fabric also adds to the overall comfort of the chair. I have absolutely no complaints against this chair . .. now, I just hope it's made to last.

I really like this chair and I think it's really comfortable, but I don't like the idea that it seems to only have one setting either sit up or when you pull the lever you're practically laying flat. There's nothing in between like just lifting your feet up slightly as you watch TV. Is my chair the only one that does that? I actually bought this chair in 2020 and I thought it was my fault and that I selected a chair that didn't do what I needed to do which is to have three different settings. Only recently I started questioning because it kept nagging at me.

I like the chair, however, the leg rest is not long enough. My feet hang over, which makes it uncomfortable.

Product was poorly constructed & there is a tapping sound in the headrest on rt side when you turn your head to that side. Would not recommend to anyone!

The handle is too low for my wife who is not a short person, she's 5'5 and can barely reach the handle also the back lays back on a slant and doesn't sit up straight even when the chair is not reclined! The chairs are very comfortable, the color is exactly as shown in picture online, I wish I could've gotten the price that was offered a few days after I purchased both recliners!

Love the recliners!Sales man was Great ðŸ'ðŸ¼Giving 10% off next of holiday was ok untill you took it back for $100 delivery when you don't have the furniture at the store for customer to take themselves, then there was a delay in delivery because you didn't have the product in your warehouse, pretty bad way to do business, will think twice about buying there again.

Very comfortable, smooth operating mechanism.Actually saw this same chair in a rental condo while I was shopping for a new recliner so had a chance to try it out before purchasing.
