delicious

I pan seared it. it's nice and flakey. i also like the fact that it meets the highest BAP standards, so it's good for you ( with Tilapia it's particularly important). will but again.

This tilapia cooks up, flaky and delicious. And now I would not pay the full price for it, but I’ve been getting it recently on clearance, which is half the price well worth that..

Bones, everywhere.

Eating this fish was like licking the floor of a metal shop. If you have kids or eat quickly, do NOT buy this fish. There were small bone fragments in it, evrywhere.

Pretty Good!

I'm no fish expert, but this was pretty good! I tossed the fillets in Shorelunch, and pan fried them on the stove. I'm definitely going to buy this again.

Weird taste

I didn't like the taste of this fish. I usually get wild caught which has a better flavor. This is farmed and you can definitely taste it.
