    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Excessive shrinking

    I bought this shirt about 1 month ago. Fit fine before washing but after first washing there was substantial shrinkage. For example, sleeve length about 1-1/2" shorter.

    Good, not great.

    The Lands End long sleeve T-shirts are good quality and fit true to size. They seem a bit thin to me and don't feel as comfortable as a t-shirt should. I can't quite put my finger on it other than to compare them to the "other guys" (you know, the folks in Freeport, Maine) whose t-shirts just seem better quality and feel better on my skin.

    Sturdy and comfortable

    These are the only shirts my husband will wear for handyman work. The latest order (XL) seemed larger than in past years, but they are still of the same great quality and I know they will wash and wear well. They're comfortable, too.

    Very nice fabric and nice cuffs.

    I am a 5’8” woman with long arms and a longer torso. I bought this tee in on oversize to wear with pajama bottoms because my arms always get cold and the bottom of the tops in women sizes are always too short, snake up and leave my mid section cold. I am very happy with the soft fabric and the cuffs that keep the sleeves down at my wrists. I may have to start buying men’s tees for casual wear as they fit me better than women’s.

    Nice fit, poor fiber quality

    These should be decent TShirts. They look good, I have 3 of them from Christmas. But when I wash them with other clothing, the predominant lint color is of that shirt. Which makes me think these will decay quicker than I’d like. First purchase from Lands end in 7 years, last one for a long while.

    Shirts SHRINK!

    Bought 5 of these in an assortment of navy, black, and white. Every single one of them has shrunk beyond a "normal" threshold. Sleeves have shrunk at least 2.5 inches, they ride up over an inch past my wrist bone after a couple washes. Initially thought this was a one off, but every single shirt has this problem. I'd avoid this shirt.

    Perfect in every way!

    My husband loves these "Super-T" t-shirts. He is an older dude and doesn't like slim fit or performance fabric that sticks too close. These fit and launder beautifully. We will be back for more!

    Pretty good shirts but inconsistent quality

    I have bought quite a few of these over the past few years and the fit is true to size. One thing that bothers me is that, though marketed under the same product name, the shirts I've bought have come with differing weights of material. The same with texture: some have a smoother finish, some have a slightly fuzzier, less smooth (and warmer) finish. All are of lighter weight than the comparable LL Bean product, but Bean is also considerably more expensive. the weight difference is noticeable but not extreme: I just grabbed two of each brand and weighed them and the difference in average weight between the Land's Ends and the LL Beans was 26 grams -- just shy of an ounce. In the end, I have what I think of as preferable Land's End versions and not-so-preferable, thinner Land's End versions. Bottom line, you can't beat Land's End on price, especially sale prices, but in return you do give up some fabric weight as well as product consistency.
