Amazing product!
I love using this for cuts and scrapes! I know it helps germs but my kids love it because once we use it the lidocaine helps take the “boo boo pain” away! The size of this one is great for traveling or first aid kits also!

No burn!!
I always have this product on hand !! Great way to keep infection away when my grand kids or myself get a cut , no burning and works well clean dry apply cover and walk away!!

Worth it! Highly Suggest for comfortable healing!
This is amazing! Helps heal quickly and makes it less painful as well. My wife flipped over her bike and had some really deep and painful abrasions and cuts and scrapes, but this cooled and protected it and kept the healing process from being as uncomfortable. Thank you so much!

Great for minor injuries
I got this ointment because, those paper cuts and kitchen mishaps can sting way more than they should! Honestly, I'm really happy with it, it definitely lives up to the hype. What's great is that it tackles two things at once, the classic Neosporin antibiotic power helps prevent infection, which is always a good thing, and the added Lidocaine gives almost instant numbing relief to take the edge off the pain, it goes on smoothly and gets to work fast, helping things heal up nicely. If I had to mention anything, maybe it feels a tiny bit greasy like most ointments do, but that's super minor. Seriously, for those everyday owies, having this combo of pain relief and infection protection in one tube is fantastic, definitely keep a tube handy!

Some relief.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like any of the Neosporin, this product helped heal my needle wounds(I donate plasma 2x, to support my boyfriend who receives plasma made medicines) The lidocaine is a nice touch but it isn't as pain relieving as I was hoping for. It does help a little though!

Must Have for Wound Care

Fights germs and infections while gently numbing the area so you soon forget about the pain all together! I really like that this had a screw top, that made me feel safer with it in my house with children.

Works well but is runny
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works well for minor cuts and abrasions. But the product is runny for an ointment and will leak all over and can make the bandage not stick well. You only need a very small amount of product at time.
