Simple and functional
Solid stand, pretty straight forward. They hold my massive Arendal 1723 monitors without any issues.

Monolith Speaker review - Excellent!
Exactly what I was looking for and they worked perfectly. The only comment I have, is that I have a vinyl floor and needed rubber feet for the stands instead of the carpet spikes that they come with??.easily resolved with a quick trip to Menards!

Nice heavy stands. Easy assembly. Stable for heavy speakers. I use them with my AR 4x speakers and the 24 inch height seems to work well.

Great stands for the money.
These stands are my second pair because I find them to be attractive, sturdy and a reasonable price. Once filled with sand, they are solid and planted to the floor. The improvement to the sound of one's speakers is amazing when they are put on stands. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend these speaker stands.

Cheap, sturdy, reasonably attractive
These assembled in a flash and are of excellent quality for the price. No need to spend hundreds of dollars on stands unless you need a specific aesthetic.

Great value!
Great price on sale. Very solid. Easy to put together. I use on side of my desk for my desktop speakers (Revel M16s) and the woofer is about level with my ears. Would buy again.

High Quality
I am 100% impressed and very happy with my new Monolith stands. I wanted a stand that was heavy-duty, well-made, and aesthetically beautiful and I got all three of those - and for a very good price! I filled my stands with sand to make them even a little more sturdy but the gauge of steel was thick enough that they would have been fine even without the sand. My speakers weigh 23 pounds and they sit just fine on the tops of the stands. Very impressive quality!

Great stands
These stands are very well made and sturdy, just make sure to fill them with sand; they ring like a bell without it. They are comfortably heavy, and with the added weight of the sand I?m confident they can take an accidental bumping-into. For the price point these are really unmatched, and they look great.

Very sturdy
The speaker stands are made out of steel. I did not expect this type of quality because many stands are made of compressed cardboard. Can hold a very heavy speaker with no issues.

Great, with a little improvement.
Easy to assemble and with good weight for stability. The outer finish seems durable. My only complaint is the rust inside the upright tubes which had also left residue on the outer portions of the tubes. Each had to be cleaned to eliminate the rust dust. The only reason for three stars is the rust.

Very sturdy. And when filled with sand, as others mentioned, are quite heavy. I was looking for something that could withstand kids bumping into it, and these have worked great for that.

Great speaker stands for the price.
These 28 inch Monoprice speaker stands work very well for my KEF LS50W-IIs. For the price, I have nothing to fault. But cable management would be a nice addition.

Solid, heavy speaker stands
I filled all four columns on each stand with aquarium sand, it was very easy and I did it indoors with very little mess using a plastic funnel and a measuring cup. Each stand took 15 pounds/6.8 kg of sand, and I believe with the sand each stand weighs about 35 pounds each. I started to install the floor spikes, but I ran into a difficult thread on one of the stands. I decided to go ahead and use the stands without the spikes, as I'm on thin berber type carpet over a concrete basement floor, and I think the sand negates the need for the spikes anyway, at least on this floor. I did get some large adhesive non-slip pads from the hardware store to use between my speakers and the stands, the stands come with some very thin dots that don't look like they would provide enough grip. I've also read that people have success using a product like blue tacky adhesive between speakers and stands, I may try that at some point. Overall these are very nice stands for the money, I think.
