    Wide Toe/Big Feet Friendly

    Versatile, simple, chic, true to size

    Haven't worn to an event yet - that will be later in the summer - but I'm hopeful that these will be a staple in my wardrobe. I'm thrilled that heeled mules are back! They're so simple and wearable yet so chic. The tan color is nice - it's beige with a slight pink tinge but not super pink like other reviewers have indicated. I think it looks good with my light neutral skin tone. Reads nude on me. I'd wear it with almost any color dress. Sizing is perfect. Often I have to size down 1 or 2 sizes for heeled sandals because a hunk of shoe sticks out the back of my heel or front of my toes and it looks really tacky. Not so with these shoes. I wear 9 1/2 in closed-toed shoes/athletic shoes/sneakers and 9 in these. I ordered both the 8 1/2 and the 9 and they were almost identical as far as length and fit, so I'm keeping the 9. The only problem for me is that the band across the top of the shoe is ever so slightly too big, so my foot could slip too far forward with toes hanging off when my feet are cold/smaller. My solution is putting a small cloth band around that part of my foot underneath the strap and that's enough to keep my foot in place while wearing it. I used a cut up old sock, but you could also try a headband. This was the case for both sizes. I think my foot is fairly average and I've never needed a narrow shoe. --Sunny
