The lid falls apart within months
I appreciate that it's stainless steel and silicone, and that it's a good size. But I've had TWO of these bottles deteriorate within a year. The top lid falls apart and the little piece of plastic that holds the spout snaps off, so you have to use a rubber band to hold it down. Very frustrating.

Not a great design. Flimsy and my kid dropped bottle on a hardwood floor couple of times and the lid broke. Replacement lid will be sent only once from manufacturer and kid dropped it one more time crack on the lid. Metal piece is good no dents or scratches but the plastic lid is bad. Now we are left with 2 bottles with broken lid and can't use them.

Straw lock breaks easily.
The locking lid breaks easily. My daughter went through 3 last year. We finally switched to a different bottle because the same problem kept happing. The little part that makes the straw click in to close breaks easily. She is very careful with her things so it was not dropped. My other daughter had a different character of this same bottle and the same thing happened. Then the straw is open all the time so it did not work for school anymore.
