Great sleep aid for women
I’m in love with these, they are a must have if you have difficulty sleeping due to hormonal changes, stress and/ or anxiety. The recommended dosage is 3 capsules, but 2 does the trick for me. I have had difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep for several years, I didn’t do well with melatonin or nighttime cold medicines, and this was recommended by a doctor and…🤌🏻 perfection! Sleep like a baby without feeling groggy or hungover in am. It’s gluten free 👍🏻non gmo👍🏻 vegetarian capsules- doesn’t not upset my stomach ❤️

Impressive product
This magnesium has helped me with mental sharpness and clarity. I am able to remember better. For my husband, it brought his blood pressure a few points down on top of his blood pressure medications. I’m impressed by it’s effectiveness and will continue using it.

The threonate is supposed to stop the bad side effects of magnesium. Didn't work. Expensive mistake!

Highly recommend
I highly recommend this product. I had been noticing having trouble recalling names and events and even where I placed my glasses some days. Since taking Neuro-Mag my recollection is improving everyday! Great product!

Magnesium For Heart Health
In my opinion this is the best form of magnesium, as said by Dr. Richard Gerhauser, MD only brand and ingredients that he recommends. Dr. Gerhauser, MD, states that magnesium is important for heart health. Magnesium has also been shown to inhibit blood clots,block calcium uptake,thin blood,and relax blood vessels. I will take this supplement the rest of my life, daily.

This pill "opens" new routes to areas in your brain where a previously bad section can re-route itself and bring that section back to life. It has helped me and can do the same for anyone with mental deficiencies. It should also work on "brain fog" from Covid-19, creating a new route. We only use about 30% of our brain, so the repairs can go almost anywhere.

Remember and recall better
I got this to help my memory for a job that requires remembering a lot of new material and rapid recall of names of new teams of people in the company. It really did help. I also got some for my husband because he loves to acquire and remember new information on many topics he is interested in.

My husband and I have been taking Life Extension's Neuro-Mag for several years, two at bedtime. I have noticed when I forget to take it, I do not sleep as well. I very much recommend this product.
