I'm an Independent Personal Trainer in South Florida. I just bought this product and tried it out at the gym yesterday. I've been doing several other exercises for myself and training clients, but these cuffs really hit the muscle unlike any of the other exercises I was doing. Cuff is durable, comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Great Product. I've always been happy with any of the Harbinger products I have used over the years. That contributed to my decision-making process as I had other brands to choose from.
