Fit true to size. Great quality. Priced fairly. I have Lands End clothes I have had for years.

Very stiff fabric and they fit big/loose. Won't work for my skinny girl. Wish returns weren't so expensive!

I bought these a month ago and am I glad I did. Perfect length!

They are not true to size. My almost 9 year old does not fit the size 10, and the 12 is not much bigger, and is tight. Wont last the whole year. The measurements makes no sense at all.

This product is terrible. I bought this thinking it would be similar to the chino shorts I bought in the past and absolutely love. Not similar at all. The material is stiff and not soft at all, the cut has changed, doesn't fit my curves, although I got the same size I had in the older version. Bring the old ones back!!!

I had the same problem that a previous customer complained about. I bought my usual size (22) but had to return them. The hips were too tight. I ordered the 24 but they were just a little tight in the hips and little big in the waist. As the previous buyer stated they have changed the cut. It is not a curvy cut but a straight cut and the zipper fly is on the wrong side like men's pants.

The fabric has changed; the sizing has changed; the design has changed, and none of these has changed for the better. The fabric is stiff; I think it is more polyester and less cotton leaving the fabric very stiff even after a few washings. The new pair, with the size labeled exactly as the pair from a previous year, is at least 1 inch smaller around the waist (perhaps they are saving fabric!). The previous design had a slash pocket with a diagonal opening making it easy to slip a cell phone in to it, while the new design has the pocket entrance on seam, making it harder to put anything in or take anything out; plus the new design has only one hip pocket instead of two. Cutting corners, cheapening the product. Making it much less desirable and much less comfortable.

I don’t know who they are trying to fit with these shorts, but it’s not a woman with any shape to her. Huge in the waist, too small across the hips and rear. No give or stretch. Angled pockets that bunch and bulge Putin an unflattering way. These seem like they’re cut to fit a man’s body. I even sized up. Bummer.

True to size. Quality material. Durable and easy to move in. My daughter is happy with these for her school uniform.

Got these for my March cruise, Happy to find tailored classic shorts. They seem to be a bit smaller than my LE pants in the old traditional Fit 2 which they seem to have discontinued for pull on pants(No thanks).

Too rough, rise is too low, only one back pocket, front pockets not deep enough, nice length though. I went with the men’s instead, they’re perfect.

These are good, go-to shorts, sturdy and dependable. However, the pockets stick out instead of lying flat. A long shirt resolves the issue, but still ...

The fabric was stiff as a board very uncomfortable. The waist did even come close to fitting properly. I really wanted to have them fit and be comfortable, I had to return them.

I received it today and was disappointed to find that it wasn't the elastic waist short I'd ordered before. I love those shorts and thought I was getting another pair, in a different color. But I figured on keeping them anyway, since I really need shorts. But it turns out that the fit is entirely different than my favorite shorts, too. These run much smaller. The fabric doesn't feel as substantial, either, so a busy all around.

I buy Lands End Chino shorts for years, and I was disappointed that they have changed. The material is different, slick, doesn't feel soft like before. I have these in size 20 and 22, and the 22s fit but were tight and 2 years old. So I ordered 24. They are smaller than my 20s. Super, super disappointed.

I have many of these 12” length shorts and love them. I would like more colorful color choices. I also prefer no belt loops so I don’t have to worry about matching a belt.

I bought these shorts and they were like a peace of wood, very stiff. Washing did not soften the fabric. I plan on giving them away.

Fabric has no give to it. I ordered an 18W and felt it ran very small. Not the usual comfort I get from Lands End.

Fabric is stiff and rough. No give at all. Runs small.
