Lands' End Women's Petite Recover Mid Rise Straight Leg Blue Jeans - 10 - River Rinse

Will be returning because they are too baggy in the thigh area. The length was fine and fabric quality was nice. Considering purchase of smaller size.

I loved the jeans the moment I put them on. Not too skin tight, but thin enough to look good!

These aren't midrise. I'm 5'6 and a bit, and they come up over my belly button. Worse, there is NO consistency in sizing. I have to cut out the tags and write the actual size on the inside of the pockets with a marking pen I have 5 size 10s, ranging on size from 12 long to 8 short. They seem well made and are a reasonable weight. Can't submit review w/o comment on sizing. Reality is: too big,too small, too long, too short, just right.

Nice material and color but they were not made for plus size. They were just regular jeans made larger so they won’t fit a plus size person. Very little stretch.

I usually wear a 6. I am 5'4" & 155lb. these jeans were way to big.

"Contoured, no-gap-in-back waist" I was hoping this statement was true, but these gap horribly in the back, I have to wear a belt to keep them up. Please bring back your curvy straight leg jeans. Also, the texture of this recycled fabric is not soft.

Needed a long and suppose to be 34". Measured b4 washing and they were 33 1/2 and after wash 33". Doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're tall it makes a big difference. I washed in cold water and hung to dry.

I purchased Recover Indigo Denim in size 6 petite in River Rinse and Port Indigo. The River color fit perfect..snug not to tight. The Port Indigo a bit looser in waist and seat but fine with a belt. I just bought a second pair of River Rinse - they fit same as first. Would have given 5 stars except for fact that sizing across colors was not consistent.

I've bought these several times, and each rendition is worse. This fabric has less cotton and lycra, and therefore more polyester than the ones I bought last year. They stretch out immediately, and are then just saggy. They also have a weirdly long rise for a mid rise style. They are long enough (even before they sag so badly), but that isn't enough to make e ever buy them again. I am a Lands' End fan, but these are a real disappointment.

They have a huge gap in the back, and they are really loose all the way down the leg.

At 5'6" 125# the port indigo size 10 30" fits like I would expect. I'm between sizes 8-10 and these are a little loose, but acceptable, and a bit short, which I hate. The size 10 river rinse fit nicely and the length is perfect. Both are above my navel - not midrise by any means. I'm ordering a second pair of river rinse and hoping that the sizing is consistent within color batches. The wad of tags on the hip of both is uncomfortable and a pain to remove, but they scrape and itch so they had to go. I miss true midrise with printed label and easily removed tags. I still have some. Fit like a dream, sit below my navel. Those are my standard. Port indigo 3 stars, river rinse four stars, rounded down for inconsistent sizing.

Could be 5 stars, could be 1! These jeans *were* absolutely perfect a year or so ago (River Rinse) so I thought I’d order a few more because I live in jeans. One pair was at least a size larger than expected, one pair was at least 2” longer than specified, and the third pair had legs of different lengths. Not sure what happened in the manufacturing, but if you want to try these, I’d probably order 4 or 5 and pick the one that actually works for you (kinda ridiculous, I know). I love that they’re not ripped or distressed and love the fit if I could actually find a consistently fitting pair.

I just got these jeans and I haven’t worn them or washed them but when I tried them on, they were much bigger than they should be. The legs are baggy and they’re too long, even though they are petite I would not buy them again.

In spite of the size charts stating that size 16 has a 35 -36 inch waist, and in spite of my waist actually measuring 38 inches, the waist on these was really 2 inches bigger than I needed. I already own size 16 regular jeans from a few years back and they fit perfectly. These were huge. I thought it was a wrongly labelled product as I own the 16W in the same jean as well and they aren't that large. When I was 40 inches, they were 40 inches, so I went down in size yet got bigger jeans. Anyway, tried on a second pair of the three pair that were sent. Different color, same problem. Very disappointed as now I can't trust the size charts to tell me anything.

The fit is perfect with these jeans and I come back time and again for this particular lighter blue color.Many other stores offer a light blue denim but it is usually with a "dirty",worn look to it.The lighter color and finish is perfect with LANDS END jeans.

I ordered a pair of these jeans this summer and really liked them so ordered another pair in a different color. As recommended, I washed them before wearing in cold water and did not put them in the dryer. Imagine my dismay when I found that the second pair is noticeably smaller and doesn't fit. The fabric is also much thinner and stiffer in the second pair a they are all around just uncomfortable. Because I washed them and tried to wear them, I cannot return them. The inconsistency is very disappointing. What a waste.

These jeans are beautiful they are well made and the fit is really great

I bought the River Rinse jeans in a size 4 a couple of months ago and love the fit. So I ordered the Port Ingo size 4 and they are much smaller than other pair which makes no sense. I could barely get them on. It's really frustrating that the sizes aren't the same. I can only assume the jeans are made in different factories. Have to return them.

These jeans are soft right out of the package, yet sturdy too. They fit perfectly & are very comfortable, even when sitting for long periods. The pockets are well sized.
