Description
This Slice tool includes the great features of the upgraded Precision Cutter—replaceable blade, easy, no-tool blade change—and puts them in a retractable format that’s as easy to use as a pen. Keep the 10417 handy with its built-in clip. When you’re ready to cut, its micro-ceramic safety blade will give you control over detailed cuts in thin materials. Much safer than a traditional craft knife, this retractable cutter features Slice’s proprietary finger-friendly edge, which cuts effectively but is much safer to the touch than traditional blades. In addition, this blade will never rust and lasts up to 11x longer than metal blades.

Tool used on card stock. Ease and precision. Retractable.
I used this tool for the first time on card stock. I was so pleased with the ease of use and precision. The fact that it is retractable makes it convenient to toss it in a drawer without the fear of cutting myself.

Keep it at my desk always
I keep it in my desk and use it for many things - open envelopes, open packages especially boxes. It is helpful for any paper cutting task.

Handy, pocket-sized, safe, recommended for crafters.
This is so handy for on the fly cuts, fits in your pocket and you don't have to worry about the knife cutting I to your clothes or skin! Highly recommend if you are a crafter that focuses on the details!

Slice products NEVER disappoint
I purchased this to cut out rice paper transfers and the rice paper is just too thin. Scissors are the way to go. However, this little tool works great on tar paper and craft foam. Slice products NEVER disappoint. In this instance, the tool didn't work for the purpose intended but it will not be wasted because it works GREAT on other materials.
