Highly Recommend
This book is beautifully written! It’s a story of 4 foreign Linguistic / Babel students studying at Oxford University and their experiences in Britain with racism, colonialism, imperialism, supremacy, violence, and the Opium War in the 1800s ( Trigger Warnings ). It starts slow and it’s meant to read that way, but later on the book it does pickup speed, and when you’re done you close the book and are left with emotions. I highly recommend reading this book!
