Quietest AC I have ever had! Love the way I can control it on the app from wherever I am. and it cools the area fast. Even the dehumidifier mode cooled the living room nicely. and it's very modern looking. But the best feature is that you can easily talk over it or watch TV without it being annoying or loud

The best aspect of this AC is that you almost don’t ear it because of how quiet it is which is nice. On the other hand, it is very difficult to install because of the two metal pieces at the bottom of the AC. They are not compatible with my window and you can’t remove them. Also, it shuts down automatically when it has reached the desired temperature but it hasn’t actually cold enough (ex. it is configured at 16 degrees but it is actually 20 degrees in the room).

I've been using it for 3 months, and overall it's pretty good! It's reeeally quiet and if nothing else that makes the AC worth the money. I have 10000 BTU model and it cools well though it feels more like 8000 BTU in that regard. There are random moments when the whole AC kind of shakes a lot in (and it is installed properly in the window and fixed well, so that's not the reason), but that usually doesn't last long nor it happens often. I noticed that if you keep the fan speed on Auto those shakes are less likely to happen. The filter inside also feels like it wasn't really custom made for the AC but like some generic filter was put in so there are some very small gaps in the fit on the bottom. Design is nice. All this being with all these flaws it is fairly good AC and for now I'd considered it a good purchase. I hope it lasts and doesn't break quickly

Design flaw, No drainage mechanism

Had posted a review when I first installed it, but hadn't noticed there is NO DRAINAGE HOLE. It was installed on an angle as directed but if you look at the back grill, there is no way for water to drain. You can see it building up at the bottom of the grill. When I removed the unit for fall it spilled all over and through the unit, just hoping it does not cause rust during storage! Who knows what damage is already done having water sitting inside for the summer.

Doesn't drain

It fills with water and make an intolerable shishing noise. We didn't know what the noise was at first but when we removed the unit to take a look at it, an unbelievable amount of water dumped out. Turns out the noise was the water getting blown into the radiator by the Fan and evaporating. We réinstalled the unit, making sure we followed the recommended slope, but as far as we can tell, there's no drain hole at the back so we weren't sure how it was supposed to work. And then the unit filled with water again. Something isn't working!
