Great product! No more stomach aches!

Ive always had trouble with other proteins giving me stomach aches or not sitting right. This one made all the difference. Only minor set back would be the taste 4/5.

Great for lifting 3+ days a week

If you're 40 or over, you may feel you need more recovery time. I lift 6 days a week and I think hydrowhey helps a lot. 2 shakes a day. 1 or both right after lift. I deducted a star because it's a little pricey.
