Comfy Recliner
PRO: This recliner is surprisingly comfortable. It looks great and has a small footprint (not including the stool). And it seems sturdy. CON: The recliner is small. I am 6'3" and find the back not high enough when I recline and need to use a pillow. For a person under six-foot, it is a good size. Massager works but is not the same as having a shiatzu chair. Vibration and motion could be stronger. Assembly was not difficult but a little confusing. OVERALL: Good value for price. Looks great. Not ideal for tall person. Could have stronger massager.

Massage has much left to be desired, but happy with the heat setting and 9 different mode option’s. The assembly was as simple and only needed one person to do it. Come with tools to use, but not even needed.

Husbands New Favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this with my hubby in mind, although the entire house absolutely loves it. The heating massage really hits the spot. The chair itself is incredibly comfortable and welcoming to anyone who's weary and needs a seat. I love the storage for remote/phone/etc. And one of the best things about it is the fabric, that is so easy to clean with a simple wipe down. We are very happy with this chair and ottoman set. My husband even falls sleep in the chair instead of heading to bed when he gets in (3rd shift trucker). I can't imagine anyone not falling in love with this recliner!

This chair has 5 intensity levels, 9 different mode settings, timer and heat. Did I mention it comes with an ottoman that vibrates as well. I really love this chair, I know I will fall asleep in it. If you are looking for a massage chair as a lot of people work from home now, I highly recommend this chair for relaxation. I'm very lucky to have this wonderful chair.

Not for sitting
The chair is comfortable and looks good out of the box, but within 4 weeks the black pleather started to peel away from the grey backing. It's still comfortable, but it looks awful. I might have expected this from a chair costing half as much, but for the money this is a bit ridiculous. I will not be using this business again. I feel cheated.

Disappointed
This chair does not massage rather it vibrates. The chair is very noisy when in operation. The heated seat function was also underwhelming. The chair is comfortable to sit in and assembly was easy.

Black Chair And Ottoman
i ordered the chair and ottoman tuesday evening and it was delivered friday morning, can't beat that. i am a 64 yr old lady, my 11 yr old grand daughter and i had them assembled in less than an hour.in my opinion it vibrates instead of massages. the chair is good looking and well worth the price. i love the heat setting for my lower back. i would absolutely recommend this chair.

Recliner & Massage Chair
Looks great & very light to move around. Great while conducting massage & watching TV but I just don't know how long it will work since I got it 1/7/16. My only main issue is in tightening the reclining knob that never function. For now my actual rating is 8+

Excellent Value
I bought this to replace a similar but inferior recliner for my wife. This model has a massage feature which my wife loves.I am satisfied with the quality and the material looks like it will wear well. The massage unit functions as advertised. My only complaint (and it is minor)is that the knob that secures the reline level does not tighten as easily as it should.

Nice Comfortable Chair
It's much nicer than the cheap one's on ebay, I went through 2 of those in two years, the supports in the seat go out. We'll have to take some time to see how this one holds up, but it has a lot more padding in it than those, very comfortable for a mid sized female.

Decent
A decent chair for the money, received it in under a week, was less cushion than the picture shows, but is still very comfortable. The back of the chair is just the right height to accommodate neck support. The vibrate works well. You don't feel the vibrate as much in the ottoman. The screw tight adjustment for the reclining position doesn't hold as tight as I would wish, but for the money you pay with the free shipping, this chair is good for office work, video games, computer desk, watching TV, or just relaxing. Enjoy.

My Wife'S New Chair
My wife was recently in the hospital and she spent most of her time resting in a chair w/heat& massage. The chair made her feel much better. She said she wish she had one at home. Now she does thanks to you guys & she love it. I will be getting another one soon. 5/5 rating

Great Purchase
Fantastic chair for the money... Ordered at 3 in the morning on Thursday and it arrived about 11 a.m. Saturday, quite a surprise... Took a couple of minutes to assemble. tried it out for a couple hours, and ordered another one (not sharing this one :))... Guest can fight for the other one. I am happy with the Recliner. It works as I expected. The only addition I wish it has would be a control arm to lower and raise the incline.
