Q: How do you load the batteries in the tube, it doesn't open.

  • A: Gently hit the bottom of the candle on your hand a couple of times and the tube for the batteries will slide out

  • A: You need to remove the metal tube at the center of the candle from the bottom, to turn on and off press the faux flame

These candles are orange, not red. I can’t figure out how to turn them on. Disappointed.

To turn these candles on, simply press down on the flame. I'm sorry you're not happy with the color. You may return them for a refund.
