Soft, flexible, and safe

I bought these for my daughter's very first spoons to eat with. I liked that they were very small, so we could feed her small bites of puree, and that they were flexible and soft, so they feel safe for a first spoon when baby might bite down hard as she is learning. My daughter is 7 months old now and we still use these spoons occasionally because I feel safer giving her these to try to feed herself (supervised) rather than other baby spoons that are large or firm. She also seems to enjoy chewing on these just for the heck of it, so I got a double value out of the purchase! They did stain a bit after we fed beets, carrots, curry, etc., but that's sort of the nature of clear silicone. It doesn't affect their performance in any way.

Get them!

The best way to have your child learn how to hold but also eat off of the utensils in succession. Used these and mix in the other toddler spooks and regular utensils and baby does great with them all now.
