I know they're pricey, but I LOVE these utilitarian, 100% cotton towels. My kitchen drawer is full of them. They are a chef's best friend. I use less paper towels because of them. They are quite large, and folded over, I use them to grab pot handles, warm oven sheets & pull oven racks. I use them to dry clean dishes, wipe plates, dry cleaned fruit & veg, wipe counters and appliances. I wash/soak them in Oxy clean and occasionally bleach. When they're really stained, I use them for dirty cleaning. When they're holey, I use them to wash & dry the car & tires. It takes 6-8 years of this before they get tossed.
