Good winter work gloves

Got these for husband, he really likes them for delivery work in winter weather. They are warm with the 3 M insulation and allow for pretty good movement. Had to go to the size guide on the Wells Lamont website, though, no thanks to Target, hmm...and the Large is a good fit per that.
