Just Okay

The item arrived later than the estimated delivery date, and to make matters worse, it was shipped in two separate boxes that arrived on different days. Assembly was relatively straightforward, though some of the holes were misaligned and required adjustments. Once fully assembled, the piece feels sturdy and well-built. The primary reason for the 3-star rating comes down to the cushions. They are extremely thin, slide off easily, and the Velcro on the sides is rough and irritating against the skin requiring a blanket or towel as a barrier. I ultimately had to purchase a thicker replacement cushion separately, which added enough to the overall cost that I would have been better off investing in a higher-quality product from the start.

Backyard Retreat

Likes- super roomy for 2 adults plus a kiddo! Easy to move around. The cushion is thinner than expected but still very comfortable. The 3 extra throw pillows are comfy as well. It looks very luxurious and I feel completely spoiled when I use it. Dislikes - the cushions don’t stay firmly together. It was complicated to put together even though I am very handy.
