HolaHatha 10, 15, 25, 30 & 35 Lb Hexagonal Dumbbell Weight Set w/ Rack, Black

If I could give zero stars I would. Product smells and the scent hasn’t gone away even after weeks of being out of the package. This company’s customer service is awful. I’ve been sent the wrong product repeatedly. Missing weights… the wrong size weights… every single time they’ve shipped incomplete or incorrect product. Now I have to pay for shipping material to send it all back as they still have not been able to fix this issue of missing/incorrect product. Purchase your weight set through somewhere else!

The item never arrived. Tried to work with Target to resolve the issue with the third-party vendor, but they were unable to provide a solution. They say they'll email and nothing comes. Not worth anyone's time or money.

Receiving this product was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with shopping online. I ordered it and it goes to the Fedex facility, but it never shows that it ever leaves the warehouse. I check daily and after about a week and a half I call Target customer service. Target gets in touch with FedEx and I am told they can’t find it. Target speaks with the company and they plan to send me a new product and cancel the old one they can’t find. I wait another 1.5 weeks and receive a damaged box that was clearly opened and retaped several times. The FedEx driver leaves the package at the end of my driveway, down the hill, by my mailbox. When I open the box I notice there are 2 pairs of weights missing (25’s and 30’s). I call target again and they call the company to send the missing weights. I wait another week to call and I am told that they don’t have them to send. So my option is to drive the weights with stand to target for a refund, to box them up and ship them back to the company so I can do this nightmare all over again, or keep what I have. I never had additional tracking information through the process. I was told that it would be emailed and to just keep calling back. I chose to keep them because of the inconvenience, but I will never purchase weights from Target again. The weights themselves are good/ average overall. I just wish I had the complete product. It’s not worth the time or money to order them. It took a month to receive an incomplete package.

The item was sent missing the set of 30 lb dumbbells. I have had to call repeatedly and the merchant ships the wrong thing and or is unresponsive when I provide the tracking number on returning their error and provide no information on if they have finally sent out the missing pair of 30 lb dumbbells. Horrible customer service by them and by Target for not taking care of what should be a simple fix.
