[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely good quality. Thick and substantial. The color is as it appeared on the website. It's a little itchy, but it's a wool blend, so it's expected. Love it!

Rugs are really nice material and really comfortable - you definitely need a rug pad for underneath or rug tape to keep them in place on hardwood floors. But overall would recommend the quality is really nice!

Rug sheds, doesn't hold shape, looks dirty with little use.

The quality of this rug is great, but the "Wheat" color is far more orange than the online picture shows. In addition, the delivery of this rug is a nightmare. The first time I ordered it, the completely wrong rug was delivered which was an unbelievable hassle to return. The second time, the correct rug was delivered but the box was nearly shredded - thank god the rug was not damaged. I'm not sure what's going on with their delivery partner but both times have been the WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Ultimately I'm returning this for another color as the online color doesn't match the actual color.

Honestly I’ve been extremely picky with trying to find a decent rug on a budget, and I thought about this purchase for a longgggg time. Overall, it has a little shed but it’s quite beautiful in person. It has a satin-velvety finish to the wool that makes it look more expensive. I purchased the truffle brown color, and it is more deep plum (which is why I bought it), and it accents my room perfectly. 10/10 for the price, just wish I had ordered a larger size! Definitely get a rug pad if you have wood floors.

I live in Canada, so I was a bit hesitant to buy a rug from here because they don't offer returns for Canadian customers, however, I used their feature "view in your room" which is super helpful and made me confident in my decision! The colour is pretty accurate to what's shown on the website, maybe feels a bit richer/deeper in person and the quality is great overall. There is a bit of shedding here and there, but not at all bothersome. For the price and quality, I highly recommend (shipping was also very fast)!

Nice rug but there was literally a dried up gecko inside. I'm a bit disgusted and not sure where the rug was beforehand. Have to spend extra to deep clean it. Otherwise nice rug
