Horrible!

said package was in transit. Went outide and discovered it was by my garage, not my front door!! It was not in a box or bag!!! just left there. Six hours later, tracking says out for delivery. Sleds covered in dust (cardboard?). "Pull strings" are white in image on website. They are brown twine! Looks like I could have added that myself. Terrible!!!!!!!
