It is gorgeous! Used it all winter and it looks new and has worked just as expected. It is not the heaviest but I don't have a large fireplace so the wood is not big.

Why did you choose this product over others?: It really gave my fireplace a whole new look. It used to be just a dark hole with a few wood in it and now it looks beautiful. We love it and have received quite a few compliments on how it looks. It also makes it easier to decorate the fireplace for the holidays. It's lightweight and great quality too.

It was taller than expected but served our needs. I ended up drilling a few screws through the top of the door to get it to fit snugly against the fireplace.

bought this to replace my large curved fireplace screen. I use it with my fire blanket to reduce the amount of heat that seeps into my living room during the hot summer months. I put it together very easily following the instructions provided. It holds onto the blanket with magnets as I was going to buy one. Great value for such a simple screen. The doors work great. Also beautiful on its own.
