Do not buy

This is a rip-off product. The hard plastic clips for the lace ends broke and fell off on days 2 and 4. I.e. the durability is awful. These clips are cosmetic, but the brand-name elastic laces I have used several times in the past did not have this problem. The brand-name clips endured for years.

Broke on first attempt to wear

I am so bummed. The tightening clip literally broke on the very first try (which happened to be as my son was putting them on for his first day of school. Darn.). We tried getting creative with how to use them but he shared they just won’t stay tight now.
