So this bottle relies on a gravity system to suck up the product in the bottle. Unless you store this upside down, you can never get product to come out of the pump BECAUSE THERE IS NO TUBE ATTACHED TO IT. Who came up with this nonsense?

I only bought this bottle because the last bottle I bought came in the mail with a pump that didn’t work— there was no tube going into the product, as if it was cut off from the cap. The NEW bottle I bought had the same problem. The PUMP DOESN’T WORK!

The tube inside got lost in the bottle, so now I have the shake it as hard as I can to get product out. It is a bit shimmery so I wash my hands after applying it to my hair. A little goes a long way with this product, overall it did give me shiny and smooth hair

Trying to figure this out? Bought at 3 Ultas and returned each due to pump not working at all. The reps were even puzzled! Wondering if a bad batch got loose? Not giving up because I love Drybar products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little goes a long way so you definitely get your moneys worth. The shine I get after using this is incredible. My hair is left with gorgeous bounce & shine. My hair is on the thinner side & this makes it look like so much more.

Ive used this on my hair after every shower for a few months and my hair definitely looks good, I've noticed less frizz near my hairline and scalp in general. It also works well as a heat protectant- I ran out of protectant awhile ago and my hair isnt damaged at all (blowdry only). But the packaging made me think my bottle was broken by the third use. I have to store it upside down to get product out bc it relies on suction/gravity, which is annoying/makes me think ill have a lot of extra product in the bottle. I want to repurchase when I run out but the packaging is a concern. For reference, I have long fine hair, I'm 5"9 and hair is past my waist, so I use more than recommened (6-7 pumps). With fine hair, I was happy to find it didnt weigh my hair down or make it look greasy, so thats definitely a plus. I usually wash every other day but could get away with 3 days even using this product
