Aa far as masks go, it's quite nice. But it's nothing special and doesnt do anything better than a mask half the cost.

This hair mask left my hair tangled, stringy, dry, and breaking off after just one use. It also caused an itchy red rash on my neck while the mask was sitting in my hair for 10 minutes, as recommended. I've used Ouai hair oil in the past and really liked the results, but unfortunately, this mask was a big miss for me.

Way overpriced, doesnt do anything special

after one use I've already noticed a difference, my hair is so soft. my hair is very long so it's hard to manage all the knots throughout the day. I've been able to run my fingers through my hair and it's not a crazy mess. the smell of this product is like salon quality and smells delicious. will rebuy

A miracle product for my thick frizzy wavy hear. On top of that my hair is bleached and i have horrible hard water at home. I leave this mask on for 10 minutes and it makes my hair so soft! My curls love this product . Without it my hair is dry with minimal definition for my curls. I love it

I had never tried this product before so I bought a smaller version of it. I don't really know what to compare it to but it seems to work fine. I might try something different next time just to have something to compare it to.

This was my first time trying Ouai and the treatment mask, and my initial thoughts. I went with the thick because of the coarseness of natural grey hair. I have natural grey hair, that is mid back length. I have tried a lot of masks over the years (7) since going natural, some very high end, I would say this is middle road in pricing. I've had some ruin my hair within 3 uses, many of which were reviewed as miracle masks / treatments. Once I clarified my hair with BB's Sunday Shampoo, I used my regular BB shampoo also to ensure that all the oil (I was oiling my hair nightly this week) was out so that the mask could be absorbed. I sectioned my damp hair and applied this root to ends. While most masks usually slide on this one took a bit of work, even when I warmed it (rubbed) in my hands. I could not even get my fingers through my hair to place it in a pony, I felt like I was going to be pulling hair out. On the site and information I could find, you can leave this in more than 3-10 minutes, since my hair is starving right now for moisture, I decided to do a spa day and leave it for an hour. I noticed it felt tacky, and almost dry while it was on my hair before rinsing. While it does have a floral scent, it is not as bad as some here have mentioned. I can not smell it in my hair after using my products and blow drying. I rinsed this out in the shower, it felt a little slippery but nothing to "WOW" about.I then applied my regular conditioner to seal in the moisture (typically per all the information and salon professionals through the years have told me, you should always condition afterwards to seal it all in). I then proceed to round brush and dry my hair as usual, with my regular products ( I don't ever flat iron or curl). I did notice, there was a reduction in frizz, the ends weren't as dry (could have been better I feel), but it didn't feel like straw or dry either. It was soft, and smooth to the touch. The shine, I would say is about the same as many other masks have performed on my natural grey hair. I will give it another try next week. I am still on the fence about returning it. I have another to test (trying to find the right one for my dry grey hair) over the next couple of weeks and will make a decision after giving it another chance.

I've been having some serious hair issues, including dryness and hair loss. Probably post-menopausal. I used the Ouai Treatment Mask for Fine to Medium Hair ONE time and my hair is back to what it used to be. To be fair, after I rinsed the mask with cold water (kept it in for 10 minutes or so), I used the Ouai leave-in conditioner and some Ouai hair oil. My hair is sooo silky and soft. It hasn't felt like this in years. Amazing and worth every penny.

Ouai has such wonderful products for fine hair. The conditioner is THE BOMB and the anti-frizz cream does its job and then some. Thought this would be fantastic and it wasn't. I noticed no difference, maybe even my hair was DRIER than before I did it. Bumble & Bumble Repair products are far superior and back this went:(

I found the packaging a bit annoying. You have to twist the lid off and on which isnt easy to do since your hands get slippery. There's also a plastic protective cover which is more of a pain. If you remove it all together which i did), you end up wasting a bit of product because its impossible to get all the excess product off the cover. Other than this annoying attribute, the product leaves hair feeling really soft. I leave it on about 30 minutes once a week. I have thin curly hair and its breaks - a lot. Im hoping this will strengthen my hair after some time.

I didn't put any product in my hair and it was so soft and moisturized following one use on my bleached hair!

I have blonde highlighted hair, and this mask really moisturizes and strangles my hair like no other conditioner.

This hair mask is truly fantastic! It left my hair incredibly soft and unbelievably easy to detangle. Living in the USA, the water here had been really damaging my hair, but using this hydration mask weekly has brought it back to life. I get great results every time, and even after using heat styling, there's no sign of damage. Highly recommend.

I really like this hair mask. It's easy to open, it has a good seal under the cap, and it smells good after you're out of the shower. My stylist told me not to use it because of one of the bad ingredients in it, so I'm using it a lot less than I was. But if you don't worry about those kinds of things, I still think it works really well to soften my dry hair!
