Good kit

Compact with all the bits u'd need. Guitar looks small, but does the job. My brother plays the guitar well so this is just a round the house acoustic guitar so happy woth the purchase.

Figuring out the problem

Yes, I got this as a Christmas present. I have been trying to learn to play the guitar but . . . we cannot find the problem with the small E string when pressing on the first three frets, it will not sound properly. Get the tin sounding. I have tried over and over to adjust and set the tone but will not work properly. Just getting a clanny sound. stroking the string by itself sounds great and in tune but not when pressing at the first three frets.

Who pays to fix it.

The guitar will play through the Amp if you hold the guitar straight up and down, but when you turn it sideways to play it won't come through the Amp.

Not as described at all!

No built in tuner, just compartment for 9v battery,the extra tuner was not rechargeable button cell battery,the strap was paper thin and there gig bag a cheap plastic. The entire guitar kit was Not as described did Nott even get 2 months free online lessons . I returned product now I have to wait for this to go throught their procedure to rectify everything Not Happy I wrote the manufacturer Pyle and they told me to go through Pyle to fix it.
