Pretty bad.
I ordered black pants. I received pants that resembled gray. Customer Service admitted that a lot of customers order black thinking it is going to be black but it is really gray. Customer Service was less than helpful. The right is the color I recieved. The left is a previous order. They count the one on the right as black but say it's more of a heathered gray. The left is their actual heathered gray. Very deceiving for customers and super disappointed.

Very disappointing
The fabric is thin and shrank terribly after one wash and dry, following label directions. The sleeves on the sweater are far too short (size medium) and barely reach my wrist, making the thumb holes uncomfortable. The pants do not reach my ankles, and I'm only 5'1"" tall. I love my very old hello Mello set, but quality has slipped. In addition, Althea 15% discount was advertises and printed on my invoice, the actual discount given was 10%.
