Honestly I didn’t know what to expect but after using this balm, I’m forever thankful I found it because I was using some makeup wipes that just didn’t go over well, they burned my eyes when taking off eye makeup and a even developed a small rash on my cheek! This was painless and very effective! 12/10 would recommend if you have another remover that burns your face as well You might as well give this one a go!

Obsessed with this. I have rosacea and often wear tinted SPF serum or a Korean mineral SPF for no makeup days, and sometimes other leading skincare brands for a retinol cream or a different spf moisturizer. My skin is sensitive and prone to redness when I rub it, so makeup removal and face washing is a necessary daily punishment. This cleansing balm is effective, gentle, and fun to use, even! There is almost no scent. The only smell I get from putting the tub up for a sniff is the faintest scent of something clean. Almost like the scent of dental floss-picks that have ment flavored floss. Like it’s so minimal and once in your hand and on your skin, it smells like tea tree oil, but its effect on my skin was quite minimal and gentle. After putting the balm on your skin, it becomes an oil, which you massage into your skin (circular motions) in for 1-2 minutes, then wet your hands with warm water, and continue rubbing. On contact with water it makes a little white foamy reaction, which you rub in until the white disappears again or you splash your face several times til it’s all gone. Afterward my face is glowing but matte (not oily at all), pores appear smaller, and my complexion appears balanced (not left with red blotches) and an area that’s often flaky and dry between my eyebrows isn’t flaky or dry at all! A quick pat on my cheek feels “bouncy” like my skin really appreciated the attention and pampering. The tub is a generous size– this will probably last me several months. Makeup and any SPF is gone, but if you wear full glam you can use it twice in a row to get heavier coverage products removed, or use your favorite gentle face wash after using this first to do heavy lifting.
