Gym Rat in the Making

Today is February 28, 2026. This is my first time ever taking a product like this. I literally just took it and already I feel energized and ready to hit the gym. However, I do not like the taste. It reminds me of those antibiotics that they say taste like bubblegum when you had to take it as a kid because you had an ear infection and maybe strep throat. I am not sure what they did to the flavor, but it is not my cup of tea. I will continue to take it because I bought it and I opened it, but I’m definitely going to search for another flavor and hopefully it will taste better, but I love the fact that my energy is up so fast. Oh, and let me add that I am already down 36 pounds prior to taking Bloom. I am already on my way to the gym and I am super excited about working out today.

First of all, the taste is horrible....Second, this does nothing for my workout. It does not give me the energy I need nor does it cause that extra sweat I’m used to with other pre-workout powders. Just not a good product overall.

Cheap packaging + soapy flavour

I was looking forward to trying this, but I was let down immediately by the cheap packaging, it felt like it was falling apart before I even opened it. The flavor is the biggest issue, though. It has a chemical, soapy aftertaste that lingers.

I do not drink energy drinks so I thought this would be a great boost to just clean the house, etc. I started with half a scoop. Lesson learned. Full scoop. Great flavor. Very true to flavor. I’ll pick a different flavor next time.

honestly the most disgusting tasting pre workout i’ve ever tried😭i wanted to like it so bad but it’s awful. it works good so i’ve forced myself to drink it a couple times but the only way i can get through it is if i mix it with 3-4oz of water and shoot it as fast as possible. would def not buy this again

So far so great!
