Very disappointed

I was very careful to follow instructions exactly when applying this. Despite that, I have scratches in my screen just a week later.

Great but does it void warranty?

The product works great. However I don’t know if it voids the warranty on apple devices. So that has me hesitant to use it on my 16.

Not great

I applied the liquid defender to my new phone right when I opened it from the package. Followed all the instructions. It’s been less than a month and I have a couple scratches on my screen. They are deep and definitely on the screen. I would definitely use the glass shield protectors instead of this.

Read the description carefully

I did not read the entire description carefully and did not realize this was a wipe on product. Even with the break guarantee i did not feel comfortable with using this product and choose to return.

Perhaps you should look at the 13 emails I have sent trying to return the item you sent me, because it is not what I ordered it.. All of the responses I get back is excuses why I got it.. No solutions..

Zagg Liquid Defense

I had my doudts at 1st about how well a liquid screen protector could work. Decicided to take a chance because of of my past great purchases with Zagg. I'm happy to report that I'm very impressed with this liquid application also. I followed the directions and ended up with a great outcome. Have to report with no special precautions, I have no scratches noted. I have dropped it a few times with no damage to report. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Process is relatively easy to apply and no need for additional screen protectors. Literally invisible because it's a liquid you're applying.. not those cheap plastic strips.

Screen cracked when I dropped my phone

I have been using Zagg for a long as I can remember, many many phones in my family have been protected. I tried this new liquid one on my phone and had gotten my husband our normal press on kind and boy am I sorry I did. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked within a week of application. I am so disappointed and angry. I have always trusted Zagg and so I tried the new latest and greatest thing and it bit me in the butt. Now what do I do? I have a brand new phone with a cracked screen. So angry that I didn't just get the pressed on kind
