First off I contacted this company about the return policy because these were Christmas gifts and was told I would have the target 90 day. This is not true. My grandsons just opened their gifts 2 days ago and used one time and both vehicles do not work anymore and I’m out $100! I would not purchase anything from this seller ever again. Poor performance

We bought the car for my boys birthday in December 2023, the car has only been used indoors on laminate as was waiting for the summer. The first time of using it in the garden and after about 5mins of going up and down the garden one side of the wheel stop working and now no longer work. There seems to be a common fault as this has been reported several times, but not rectified

The car did work well until the wheel did fell off. I guess because of rough use. Plastic did crack. And now my boy can not use it. Looking for where to buy parts to it?

Amazing Resilient

This is the best RC toy we have found so far! We live in central Alaska, my 4 year old grandson loves Batman and RC cars. This toy can take almost anything, it drives up mountains of snow and zooms across water. He even took it apart and his dad put it back together, it still is working. It's been left outside in the rain and snow, it still is working. It's not always easy to find a toy that can take the abuse of young children.

BUY THIS!!!

This Batmen Batmobile is literally the best selling Official Monster Jam Megalodon in a different shell. I bought my grandson the Batmobile and the Megalodon, and loves them both. It is powerful and fast! He plays with them in the water, on the rocks, in the dirt, as well as the grass. This beast is unstoppable. You can thank me later.

Issue with the remote connecting to batman toy

We bought a new one for christmas and the remote and the car connects for couple of minutes and then afterwards the remote starts beeping and the red light below the vehicle starts flashing so i assume the connection got lost for some reason.

Terrible

Used it one day, and the left side of the wheels don’t turn or spin. Tried trouble shooting and replacing batteries and click the left button on controller as support page says and still doesn’t work. Son loves it and favorite Christmas present and an absolute bummer that this is happening. Figured it would be much better being all terrain haven’t even put it in water, snow or outside. Been playing on concrete floors so no understanding why this would happen

Defective Product

We have had two of these trucks. The first one, the wheel broke and was unable to be repaired. The second my son received for his birthday. It would run for about 2 minutes and then needs to be charged. Disappointed in this product.

Driver side wheels stopped spinning

After about 4 mins of my kid playing with it in an empty dirt lot, the driver side wheels stopped spinning. Rebooting, alignment, recharging, nothing fixes the issue.

Won’t pair

Got this item for my son for Christmas he’s desperate to use it !! I’ve had it on charge for atleast 3 hours now with fresh batteries and it just won’t connect.Absolutely gutted
