Don't have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Chest

    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

A Sweatshirt for North Florida

I have three of these and they are light enough to wear 5 - 6 months of the year in Tallahassee Floida! The color doesn't fade with washing and overall it looks great on me.

I hate it

how is this sweatshirt loose and tight at the same time?? I read that the bottom has more of an open fit, which was what I wanted. I ordered my regular size, expecting it to be loose because of that, but somehow the top portion is so ill fitting that it just makes the whole thing look weird. I was also expecting the fabric to be softer, more worn in, but it's a little stiff and I got hot instantly from the very polyester feeling fleece inside. Overall, not a fan.

Decent sweater

For anyone considering this sweater, note that there's NO elastic at the bottom, so it's a rather loose fit. On my husband, this sweatshirt looked super awkward; but I have a small frame and it hangs straight down, which works fine for me. Love the purple color. I wouldn't pay full price for this one though.

Ash Gray fit great, accurate sizing, very little shrinkage. Light Blue was huge and bagged at the bottom, no shrinkage. Kept the Ash Gray but gave the Light Blue away.

SHREDS IN THE WASH!

I used to buy Hanes all the time, their shirts were great. I bought 3 sweatshirts & washed them as directed.....even on Gentle Cycle. They literally disintegrated in the washer, fuzz & material everyplace. Its a real shame, as the company used to be top-tier.

Almost perfect

I'm 5'8" and usually wear a size medium. Initially I ordered the small and it fit perfect but the body lengh was a tad too short so i have them to my 5'2" girlfriend. I then purchased the medium and the body was fine but the neck hole was a tad bit large. Overall a good sweatshirt with very soft and breathable material.
