Have to believe it works
I had problems with my gums & dentist was going to send me to a Periodontist. I started using this (10-15 minutes a day. I know. Watch a video) along with Listerine gum mouthwash & brushing, flossing twice a day. Had no bleeding at my last checkup. Fast forward to today's appointment (4 months later) where I stopped using this & was a little inconsistent with night brushing (think 4 days vs 6/7) & the dentist says I have more bleeding again. Sigh. Back on this oil. :(

Cleanest Mouth
I just got this toothpaste along with the oil pulling wash. This is the cleanest my mouth has ever felt after brushing. A little goes a long ways. I also have my 4 year old using this. The first time he said it was a little spicy but he tried it again and is using both products with me.

no tongue scraper
i thought it was supposed to have a tongue scraper mine didn't come with one?

it tastes different. But it helps my teeth. To the idiots saying it clogs their sinks you are not supposed to spit it down your sink. Spit it in the trash.

I purchased this last January and just went back to purchase it once more! I do use it a little more sparingly than suggested (5mL about every other night for 3-7 mins, depending on my mood), but I have noticed a huge difference. Plaque doesn’t seem to be sticking to my teeth as much as before, and I feel happier with my smile. I like the fresh flavor. I spit it out in the trash.

Helped my bad breath
My dentist told me I was showing signs of gum disease. I have no cavities or damage to my teeth so I knew it had to be bacteria beyond my teeth. I was having trouble with bad breath. Even after brushing twice a day. Tongue scraping. And using the waterpik twice a day. Used this for 5 days and my husband said I no longer had bad breath. I used 5ml a night for ten minutes. So happy I bought this and that it works. Will keep this in my oral hygiene routine.

Oh my… I see others like the flavor, however I am not one of those people. It really tastes the way Repashy and Pangea made my crested geckos tank smell. I know, very specific, but I could not think about anything else while swishing it in my mouth. I do agree it makes your teeth feel very nice afterwards, so I’m hoping I get use to the flavor. It has good ingredients for oral health, so I don’t doubt it works. I hate when people leave bad reviews for a good product just because they don’t like the way it smells or tastes. Though this is just my first impression and I do think it will improve my oral hygiene routine.

Love it!
This is a wonderful flavored oil (includes cloves and mint essential oils which are great for teeth care). I use only a small amount (about 7ml) and swish for at least 10 minutes while watching the news then spit out in the kitchen garbage. Additional bonus: it makes the garbage smell nice, heh. 😆
