    Poor Instructions

    Once together the bed is nice but the instructions were absolutely horrible. Little to no written directions and pictures were not as clear to help you depict how some of the parts go together. They really need to rewrite the instructions to help you out. Quality is good and it’s sturdy.

    Never received the bed

    Was supposed to receive the bed over a week ago and they keep changing our delivery date. Was supposed to arrive again today and nothing. Called target and target couldn’t care less to be helpful and said I need to keep waiting rather than refunding us. Terrible customer service!
