    great aroma

    really good......only complaint is that they can't burn completely because the wick(s) get drowned by the melted wax near the bottom.........kinda wasteful!

    Colonial candles are just the best, hands down. The scents are always intense enough to waft through a big house with high ceilings. My favorite candles for over 20 years. This one is so nice. Perfect for Winter/Holidays.

    WINTER WOODS: the BEST Xmas candle scent!

    I have been a long time fan of colonial candle (previously known as "Colonial at home") This scent, Winter Woods, is the perfect Christmas candle. If you light just one, it will fill your whole house with wonderful Christmas Pine scent. Yankee Candle doesn't even compare. Highly recommend ditching the Yankee Candle Christmas scents, and going with Colonial candles Winter Woods. You won't be disappointed.

    Expensive candles, cheap wicks.

    The photos below are of the Autumn scented candle. I am throwing it out because it smokes terribly; trimming the wicks makes no difference! If I trim them down enough to stop the smoke, then the wick falls below the candle wax and the flame is snuffed out. I have 8 of these sized candles in various scents and they ALL do this! I have spent over $500 on Colonial candles in the last four months. I gave some as gifts, only to discover how poor quality they are. I have many left that I will have to keep myself and struggle keeping the smoke down while keeping the candles lit before throwing them out, half used. Some I have thrown out within an hour! Disappointing all the way around. Sigh...
