how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

    Beautiful shoe with a temporary light issue

    dangerous!

    Do not purchase these shoes!

    Terrible shoes. Bought for my daughter and as soon as she put them on- one shoe’s lights stopped working. Took them back that day and replaced with a new pair- they lasted 2 days and now one shoe won’t light up on the new pair.

    Wrong shoe, used, nasty looking.

    I NEVER leave reviews, unless something is either incredible, or the item received is so terrible it deserves a nasty review. My daughter saw these shoes and just HAD TO HAVE them. They are on sale, so I said “why not?” I ordered them 2 days ago and just received them today. Tell me why we got a busted up USED pair of shoes that not only weren’t the right shoes style wise, but also the wrong size?! These shoes are so worn, that the inside logo is worn off, and the soles are almost completely slick.. The app wasn’t going to let me return them, but I got ahold of customer service and they did me right. I probably won’t ever order through Target online again after this. But at least their customer service was helpful.

    Recieved used shoes & without a BOX!

    Purchased through drive up, shoes were given to me without a box and appeared worn. Have grass inside of them and slightly worn. I asked the target employee where the box was and she said that she did not know. I mentioned that they looked used and she said “ oh yea I can see“ I guess I will clean them up, as long as they fit. Hopefully they do fit because I can only imagine the hassle of trying to return kids shoes which were given to me used & without the box. Also I’ve spent the past 2 hours calling the stores guest services department. No one time did anyone pickup. Very poor customer service and kind of ghetto to give merchandise to a customer in this fashion. Milton- Target please do better!
