  • A: The clothes are clean and you can rest assured they are brand new, not second-hand. We simply removed the hang tags last year due to a change in packaging. The product's care labels are still present. If you are still concerned, you can machine wash or hand wash them with similar colors for the first wear, then tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry before wearing.
