cotton powder oats/bitter ginger.

initially it's a pleasant cotton, oat-milk powder but it dries on my skin into a mix of those with stronger synthetic bitter ginger. I don't care for how it smells dried down, reminiscent of 'hairspray'. I really like Frenshe's lavender, solar, and vanilla mists, they're great but...while Moon Milk is a cute name, I think they missed something with this one. Stars for the initial scent, and potential to smell better on different skin chemistry.
