Overall quality product. Shipping issues, but they were quickly resolved.

The product itself is good. Has a refreshing citrus scent. Lathers very well and has a thicker consistency than most of the box store kids soaps/ shampoos, which I appreciate. Most of the kids' soaps just have a watery consistency, that slips right through your fingers before you can even get it on your child. The only reason I am not giving this product five stars is because one of my bottles came busted, and the other one had the pump top completely broken off when I received them in the mail. t The box was completely saturated with the product. I was able to be refunded, but I wish I had the entire order instead. With that being said, if the product were available in store, I would probably buy it again if it was on sale, as the price point is a little high. Overall, a quality product.
