Terrible firmware
Bose with one single stroke got rid of all Accessibility by turning the voice prompts off and putting in these sounds that totally blind people do not understand they’ve made an absolutely wonderful product terrible to use and that’s why I’m giving them this two star rating they need to go back to the previous firmware and get wise to what people want. Maybe people who have vision can’t stand synthesize speech, but it helps us out a lot.

Superior Quality
My new Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 headphones are amazing. They hold their own against my audiophile headphones that cost three times as much. I'm very impressed. While I don't use many of the features, the ones I do use are flawless. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the usefulness of the tone controls. I think they're outstanding. Fit and finish are excellent and they are very comfortable. I could not be happier with them.

A very pleasant upgrade from my QC-35s
While I have not had time to fully explore the new headphones, the noise suppression is better than my old QC35s (still functioning OK with new earpads). The sound seems better (esp. bass, but across the board) on the new 2nd Gen, but what I like best is the 'auto on' feature, and 'auto switching' between sources (iPhone and computer) and the detection and handling off incoming phone calls. Quite seamless.

Fantastic Headphones!
I’ve been contemplating buying these for a while and I’m so glad I finally got them! I’ve always liked Bose because they are a brand that sounds good no matter what music you like. It’s not a one trick pony. If you are a studio producer or musician yeah there might be better options but most of us aren’t and for your needs these will go above and beyond. The noise canceling is amazing, the audio quality is superb, there’s nothing negative I can really say about these headphones. They check every box for me and I love how comfortable they feel on my head, I wear them to sleep sometimes and wake up with no pain at all. I’ve owned a pair of Beats Studio 3’s before but in my opinion Bose is simply operating in a different galaxy.

Poor Noise Cancellation, Mid sound quality
The sound quality is reasonably good, but not outstanding. Noise cancellation is mild, with almost everything from outside - voices, music, sounds, noises - everything clearly being heard on full ANC mode. Weight is quite a lot to be used for long hours. good quality materials.

Low volume.
Nice looking headphones but they downgraded the volume, it's really too powerful even when turned all the way up.
