Thick Mats
I have just purchased two replacement mats the thick ones that I use for Yoga. I have two steel knees from past sports, Army Viet Nam service and just general wear and tear. the added thickness really helps with my knees.

Great for working out at home!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been great for my at-home workouts. It's versatile and I appreciated the instruction booklet with ideas of exercises to use it for. I love that I can easily attach it to my door! My only complaint is the way the D shaped rings on the handles move around, it's kind of annoying, but doesn't really affect the function of the product. The handles are comfortable.

I want to get more
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My gym being closed due to Covid is a big deal. I don’t have space for weights. These stackable tubes allow me to increase/vary my resistance without having to hold two handles in each hand. They take up much less space than weights and I can still put together a pretty good workout. I do miss deadlifts however.

Appears to be of good quality..time will tell. One of the few online sources where one can buy a single stackable resistance band. Nice to have the handles and door anchor, BUT most people needing stackable bands have worn one out and already have the handles and anchor. That just added to cost for things not needed. Perhaps could become a "package" deal, if all items are needed.

Exercise Bands (replacements)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are high quality, appropriately strong resistance exercise bands. I ordered a couple of the reds and a black to have in reserve when my current ones eventually break. They last a long time but I cannot risk being without for more than a few days. I’ve tried other, cheaper brands that end up being much too whimpy (too small diameter, too low resistance) and cheaply made, so I stick with this good quality brand. My only advice to the manufacturer is to provide only the bands as replacements without the extras like handles, etc. When a band breaks I don’t need the extras, just the bands.

Green resistance band

I had previously purchased the whole set, and the green one was the first to need replacement, so I was glad to see that I could get just one. I like the carabiner attachments, and I love that they sent me another door-slam thingy because I'm always worried I will misplace that useful object!
