guest review Best Colors Primer - WOW. If you are looking for a captivating way to read Scripture with little ones, this is the book. It is visually stunning and Biblically sound. Each spread beautifully depicts the poetry of Psalm 23, while helping your little one create associations for each color. My 4 month old loves looking at the vibrant pictures, and I look forward to the day we can use this book as an aid for Scripture memorization! We love all our Baby Believer books, and how each one explores different Biblical themes, but this one is our new favorite so far! We can’t wait to see what else Danielle and Jessica create for our little disciples. 💛

S Amazing biblical book for ALL kids - Amazing biblical book for kids of all ages! Finding good, biblical books for kids these days is difficult, and only getting harder. Our family loves all of the Baby Believer books and we are SO thrilled to be adding another one to our collection. This Psalm 23 book is another amazing book to add to our book shelf. The colors are incredibly vibrant and really engaging to our children. The illustrations are unique to each page, some being fairly simple, where others are much more intricate. With our older kids we have them search for specific objects on the pages where there are many things. We love how the book is literally just only scripture, no added words or thoughts at all. We like reading directly from the Bible to our kids, but at a young age it’s obviously difficult. This Psalm 23 book is the perfect balance. We can read strictly scripture but keep our kids engaged because of the bright colors and fun artwork. Can’t wait until our whole family has Psalm 23 memorized because we read this book so frequently! This is such a great book to give as a Christmas gift, birthday gift, or shower gift!

guest review Psalm 23 - Our kids have really enjoyed the Baby Believer series, so I was excited to get the newest one. It is already one of my favorites to read to the kids. The book does a great job of teaching colors using the 23rd Psalm. When I read it to the kids, my 2-year-old is learning colors while my older children are learning Scripture. Like the other books in the series, the illustrations are fun and well-done.

LaurenN Such a great book! - We have been long time fans of the Baby Believer Primers and are always amazed every time a new book releases! Psalm 23 A Colors Primer couldn’t have come out at a more perfect time! I’m slowly teaching my 4 and 5 year old to memorize Psalm 23 and this book is super helpful. The colorful images and connection with color to verses is great for teaching children to write scripture on their hearts in a fun and engaging way. We will use this book for many years to come just as we have used the others. I also love the simplicity and sizing of the Baby Believer books as they last forever! This is definitely a timeless book that I will hold on to for my future grandchildren as well (thinking wayyyy ahead). I highly recommend this book to families wanting to introduce their children to a short, sweet but rich approach to scripture memorization.

Review Quotes

"Catechesis begins very early in life. The hearts and minds of our kids are being shaped by the media, models, and voices around them--for better or worse. Christian parents should try to surround their kids with resources for healthy spiritual formation. That's why I love the Baby Believer(R) series from Catechesis Books. It's never too early to teach theology to little ones!"
--Brett McCracken, senior editor at The Gospel Coalition, author of The Wisdom Pyramid: Feeding Your Soul in a Post-Truth World

"I'm a huge (full-grown) believer in the Baby Believer series. We know the Word of God does not return void. These books provide a wise, winsome, and creative way to begin sowing the seeds of biblical truth into the hearts and souls of our children. When the core concepts of the Christian proclamation are sown into us from an early age, those seeds will bear their fruit in the right season."
--Timothy Dalrymple, president and CEO of Christianity Today

"The Baby Believer series offers big theological truths to little hearts in a beautiful and simple way. They make great gifts for new moms!"
--Emily Jensen and Laura Wifler, cofounders of Risen Motherhood
